There’s No Christianity Without The Holy Spirit

The Lord Jesus came into the world as the light of life. Thus, He gave life everywhere He went. The Bible says that John the Baptist also bore witness of His Light (John 1:7), so did many others who saw Him perform tremendous miracles. Today, the Lord Jesus is in heaven but we still have with us “another Comforter” who is exactly like Jesus. This is the Holy Spirit who is the light of life today. One very important aspect of the ministry of the Holy Ghost is that He “causes us to see” and John 16:8 substantiates this: “And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment.” A man without the Holy Ghost is like a blind man. He may not know it but that’s what blindness is all about. A blind man cannot see light and beauty, and it’s the same thing in the realm of the spirit. A blind man in the realm of the spirit is one who doesn’t know spiritual things; he can’t see the things of the Spirit of God. When the Holy Spirit comes into your life, you’ll no longer be blind because He’ll cause you to see. Every Christian needs to depend on the Holy Spirit to help him understand the truth and respond to it accordingly. There can be no Christianity without the Holy Spirit. Hallelujah!
